Thank you for visiting. If you are here, then you likely are looking for a way to feel better. You may be suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD or even ADHD/ADD. Whatever the case, your thoughts are causing you problems. You want to control your thoughts, but you need some help. You need help to get your mind back. Maybe you want to get away from all the freeloaders who like to hang out there (in your mind) and harass you, even when you are in the comfort of your own home and the privacy of your own shower. Maybe you you find it difficult to have conversations, because you are haunted by thoughts of the past. Whatever the case, we are here to help take your mind back, to put you in the driver’s seat, make you the pilot. Start with THT. Do it every morning and again throughout the day as needed for relief.

THT – Two Hands Touching – is a mindfulness exercise, a centering technique, and a form of cognitive behavior therapy. It is a way to access instant deep meditation, or instant deep relaxation. It can be helpful for stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, etc… It is a way to clear your mind when you don’t like the thoughts in your head, or need to focus. It is a calming technique. You can learn THT here for free.

Once you get THT down really well and are comfortable with it, if you still need to do further work, to dig down and get to the roots of the problem, then do EZDS.

EZDS – EZ Deletion Sequence – is an emotional clearing technique that uses THT along with a series of statements to clear specific emotions, situations, events, traumatic experiences, etc… It goes deeper in order to remove the negative response to the specific idea that is being cleared. It is important to get really comfortable with THT before doing EZDS, as it is a major part of EZDS. You can learn EZDS here for free.

  2. Thanks Juniper, I tried the exercises you developed, and found they evoked a lot of emotion, and then it subsided/cleared, I will continue to use this technique.
